Can Liqui Moly ENGINE FLUSH save this Toyota?

Does liqui moly engine flush remove sludge form an engine or is it just snake oil?
I also try to clean the valve cover in this video.

All part of vanlife is maintaining your vehicles and I always maintain my vehicles myself. My old man is a mechanic of 40 years and he's has passed on all his mechanic knowledge to me... Sort of haha.
