Cape Le Grand National Park || Le Grand Campground || Esperance || Blue Haven Of Western Australia

Welcome back to another episode on our channel as we travel this beautiful country of Australia, a place we are happy to call home !!


This week we take in the enchanting beauty parking up the van at the Le Grand Beach Campground for a week whilst we explore the Cape Le Grand National Park.
There are 15 campsites at this campground that vary in size but have compacted gravel surfaces and can be reserved through the website at https://exploreparks.dbca.wa.gov.au/s...


First up on our list of things to do in Esperance was to check out the nearby beaches. The first one we checked out was Hellfire Bay where we tried our hand at catching our very first Esperance fish.
There was a fresh water creek at the far end of the beach which was another brilliant find; it is a shame that we could not park up the van there as we would have had fresh water for days.

As we looked at the colours of the water here, we realised even more that these Esperance Blues have been receiving so much hype since they were first spotted.

We take a walk up the Coastal Walk Trail from Le Grand Beach so we can take in the natural wonders from above, as well as driving the beach highway from Cape Le Grand Beach to Wylie Bay to take care of a few errands in the town.
We stopped at Lucky Bay Brewery for a quick beer tasting as well as a delicious pizza before making our way back to camp along the beach where we witness a magnificent rainbow about half way back to camp.
