Christmas resin idea - frozen tray

Hi I'm Wendy and I am a resin artist and crafter.

In this video will will show you how I made the polar bear water crystal diorama tray. It could be used as a drinks tray, or a decorative piece.
I used 2 part epoxy resin and mica powder pigments as well as alcohol ink.
The mould was a pet food tray which was good enough for this use but I wouldn't recommend it, as after one use it warped. The bubbles took a long time to remove but it left crystal clear water so was well worth the effort.
I hope you get inspired by this piece as it was a lot of fun to make and I absolutely love the result.
