We're using high-range water reducer in the mix to pour this concrete slab. The HRWR allows us to pour a looser slump so pulling the concrete around is easy!
This concrete additive is added to the mix when the concrete is batched into the truck.
It does cost a few dollars per yard, but makes pouring the floor much easier.
Watch us pour this 41 yard concrete slab and see how easy it is to place the concrete, screed the concrete and bull float the concrete. All around, it makes the pour go really smooth.
