5 stunning NYC study spots: an urban sketching adventure

No cause why does it cost $8 before the 25% minimum tip to get a coffee just to sit at a cramped coffee shop with bad wifi and no outlets...

I explored five, technically six, public spaces in NYC. Two of which were discovered by chance while wandering the streets. These spaces were all well-lit with natural lighting, offered free wifi, and many featured outlets for charging devices. The hours of operation were also similar to that of a coffee shop, making them an appealing option for future visits.

This was my first time trying "urban sketching" or "urban plein air" and it was fun! It gave me an excuse to sit in these spaces without having to be on my phone :)

Places visited:
1. The Ford Foundation
2. The Hugh
3. Park Avenue Plaza
4. 590 Madison IBM Building
5. 550 Madison
6. One Bryant Park
