Honkai: Star Rail is a free-to-play, turn-based role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo Co., Ltd. The game has a space-themed limited open world environment and turn-based combat system, with a gacha monetization system for players to obtain Characters, Light Cones, and other resources. It is the fourth installment in the Honkai series, following Honkai Impact 3rd, and uses both new characters and alternate versions of existing characters from its predecessors.

Penacony
A colossal structure located in the Asdana system, with the soaring hotel "The Reverie" as its iconic landmark. Once a frontier prison belonging to the IPC, The Family had modeled it to serve as an interstellar transportation hub and the gateway to the Sweetdream Paradise.
