Sooji Aloo Cutlets! Soft & delicious veg cutlets made from Sooji is something you don’t want to avoid if you’re a snack lover! These are quite simple to make and are a nice change over your regular veg kebabs. INGREDIENTS -
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies chopped
7-8 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
salt to taste
1 cup sooji (rava)
1 & 1/2 cup water
3 potatoes boiled
1 cube cheese
cornflour as required
oil for frying

METHOD -
1) In a kadhai, heat some oil.
2) Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies chopped, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion finely chopped & saute it a bit.
3) Add salt, rava & again saute it a bit.
4) Now add water and keep stirring the mixture till it forms a lump.
5) Let the mixture cool down.
6) Then take it in a bowl and add boiled potatoes to it.
7) Mash the potatoes using your hands and mix it well with the sooji mixture.
8) Shape the dough in small cutlets.
9) Shallow fry till golden brown on both the sides.
10) Serve with your favourite chutney or tomato ketchup.
