Croquettes:

Ingredients

Boiled chicken 250 gm
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil as needed
Onion chopped 1
Flour ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Capsicum chopped 1 unit
Salt as needed
Green chili 1 - 2
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup
Cheese 1 cup
bread crumbs as needed
method:
In a pan add oil and chopped onion and cook until translucent then add boiled shredded chicken salt n pepper then add flour and then milk and cook it for 3-5 min and keep it aside.
Take another bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, butter, green chilies, salt n pepper, capsicum (optional) , green onion (optional), egg yolk and cheese.
Now mix all together and give shape of croquettes. Then keep it in freezer for 10 - 15 min and fry it with the coding of flour egg white and bread crumbs



Kashmiri kabab:

Ingredients

Chicken mince 250 gm
Onion chopped 150 gm
Green chili chopped 6-8
Mint chopped 1 tbsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Salt as needed
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tbsp
garlic clove 1-2
oil as needed
yogurt 125 gm
cream 1/2 cup


METHOD

TAKE A BOWL ADD CHICKEN MINCE AND ADD ALLA SPICES WITH GREEN MINT, CORIANDER, GARLIC AND CHILI. MIX IT WELL AND MAKE KABAB SHAPES AS YOU WANT.

THEN TAKE A PAN ADD OIL, CUMIN SEEDS ONION AND MIX IT WELL THEN ADD YOGURT AND ADD KABAB INTO IT AND KEEP IT FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES ,THEN ADD CREAM AND GARAM MASALA AND IT'S READY TO BE SERVED.



Thread Chicken:

Ingredients

Chicken boneless 200 gm
Samosa sheets as needed
Eggs 2
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oil as needed
Take boneless chicken strips in a bowl add red chili powder, salt n pepper, red chili flakes, eggs and mix it well.
Then cover marinated chicken strips in samosa sheets thread and deep fry it



Sagudana drink:

Ingredients

tapioca pearlssoaked ½ cup
Basil seeds soaked 2 tbsp
Jelly 1 packet
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Rose syrup 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 liter
Ice cubes as needed
Add milk, condensed milk and red rose syrup add mixx it well n keep it aside, we will use it later.
Now in a separate jug we will add ice cubes, jelly (any color), boiled sagudana, soaked basil seeds, and milk mixture into it. Mix it well now its ready to be served.




Rainbow party pasta platter :

Ingredients

Nuggets 1 packet
Macaroni 1 packet
Oil as needed
Bell pepper 1
Corn 1 can
Carrots 2
Tomatoes 3
Peas 1 cup
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt as needed
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Crushed chili 1-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green onion 1 cup
garlic paste 1 tsp
In a pan add oil and all vegetables and sauté it with vinegar, soya sauce, white pepper and chicken powder. Pour it on platter directly.

In a pan add oil and boiled pasta, white pepper, chicken powder, soya sauce, green onion, vinger and mix it well and pour it on vegetables.

Then add oil in a pan, chicken boneless cubes( nuggets) , garlic paste, white pepper, salt, crushed red chili, chaat masala, black pepper and mix it then add tomato puree and cook it for 15 min. Then add soya sauce n vinegar. Pour it on pasta

It's ready.
