Hello and welcome to VoIP Supply's product feature video series. Today we have LINKVIL by Fanvil's All-in-One Screen Share Video Conference Solution. We are going to take it out of the box, review all the contents, and then stick around because we are going to be setting it up in our conference room so -we can show you exactly how it works and how easy it is to really get this going. So, let's get started.
All right, so let's see what's inside the box. Of course, we've got our All-in-One Conference Solution quick installation guide. Here we're going to have our speakerphone, and then it's all secure in there. Underneath, we've got quite a few items in here. Next, it looks like this is going to be our camera. Camera. Okay. All right, here's going to be our HDMI cable. Okay. A lot of items in here. USB cord. Going to take a wild guess on this one, that this is the remote. There you go. Another cord. So there are a lot of items in here, but don't fret because it really is a plug-and-play, easy-to-get-started device, even though it looks like we've got a lot of content here. And then, finally, the receiver.
So here are your three main devices and all the accessories that go with them to get this plugged in. And what a nice surprise, you don't even need to get your own batteries because two come right in the box. So now let's break down exactly what each product is and exactly what they do.
So first up, we have the MS10 microphone and speaker. Next up we have the CM70 USB camera and microphone. We have the RC10 receiver with wifi and camera streaming. Here is your HDMI cable. Here we have the USB-C to HDMI and USB-AC Adapter. Here is your Type-C to A USB cable. Here's the USB 3.0 extension cable, and here is your power adapter. And finally, here is your remote with batteries included. And now let's review some of the features and functionalities of the CA400 All-in-One Screen Share Video Conference Solution.
The CA400 All-in-One Screen Share Video Conference Solution is designed for small and medium meeting rooms. It consists of a speaker phone that supports wireless screencasting, a receiver, and a USB camera. The CA400 achieves far-field voice pickup, delivering HD crystal sound. Participants can also wirelessly cast 4K and extend to an FHD camera. With its eight-array microphone, the CA400 automatically balances voices, suppresses noise, and eliminates echoes, ensuring a stable and natural sound.
The wide-angle coverage and five times digital zoom, auto framing technology, a built-in privacy cover, and it intelligently identifies the number of people in a meeting, so no attendees are going to be missed. The receiver has a universal stand and magnetic attraction. Most importantly, bring your own device. So now let's head over to the conference room and show you how this device is truly a plug-and-play and how we can achieve one-click screen share.
So now that you have your camera mounted on top of your TV or above the TV and that you've got your receiver facing you, you've got your speakerphone here. All you need to do is plug it into your device, which is my laptop here. You hear that sound, you see it turns green. And now, since both of these are lit up green instead of red, you are going to press the screencast button right here. And immediately my computer screen is showing on our TV. Here's going to be your mute button. When you press it, it turns red. And if I press the volume up and down, I see that on my computer, and I see that reflected on the TV as well.
So, in order to disconnect, just press the cast button yet again and you'll see on the TV that it is disconnected. And if you need to reset your microphone, speaker, and camera to connect to that device, that's the instructions on how to do so.
