JJM 22 Dean Lister - Straight Kneebar From Half-Guard.

We visited Dean Lister at Victory MMA in sunny San Diego, CA and he gave us some tips and showed us new tricks for devastating leg locks. Here Dean demonstrates a straight kneebar from inside the half-guard. You can check out more of the techniques Dean showed us in issue 22 of Jiu-Jitsu Magazine.

Dean is a is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt who won the 2003 ADCC (the world's most prestigious submission wrestling/Nogi event) in the open weight division. He has a background in wrestling, experience in Sambo, and has competed in MMA for the top organizations.
