I recently decided that it was about time to upgrade my griddle, and had been looking around at the options. I have a Blackstone 36” griddle that is about 4 years old, and a 22” that is about 3 years old. The 36” stays in my outdoor kitchen at home, and the 22” stays on the back porch at the cabin. I use them both extensively. My 22” has a hood, but my 36” only has a cover, which cannot be used as a dome. So I was looking at maybe a Halo, maybe a Traeger, but when this came out, looked so sharp, and had some innovative features, I decided to try the GridIron 36.
