This mantra provides you protection against negative energies. You can start listening to this mantra any day, any time. If you listen and meditate with this mantra, then you will get rid of enemies and the people who are jealous of you. This mantra also helps you achieve welfare in your life. If you listen to this mantra, it will help in your well-being.
If you can't meditate with this mantra, then simply play it in your home and feel the positive vibrations.

4- Try to control your complex emotions like fear, anger, sadness, and disgust. The increased levels of these emotions result in depression and other mental health problems.
