Retired at 40 story // WE'RE MOVING to Iowa

We are officially retired at 40! and we're officially moving to Iowa. We've done it...FINALLY. We are moving and taking our last load to Iowa. IOWA? WHY?
As I have gotten older Iowa brings all of the things that have become important to us closer. My wife and I were both born and raised in "the motherland" of Iowa. When we were younger, we wanted nothing more than to move out of Iowa... and we did. As we get older, our high stress level could use a break, our kids deserve good schools, room to explore, simple living and to be close to their family. So, in continuing with the Retired at 40 story..we're moving to Iowa. Being Retired at 40, the only thing holding us back from traveling and doing anything we darn well please is the school schedule, something that we would be tied to anywhere we live. So why not be close to family, be surrounded by kind individuals and get back to our roots.
