Welcome to another one of my Bannerlord multiplayer siege raw battles

If you have some spare time, I would like to point out some issues with Bannerlord Multiplayer Siege (with 1.5.0 update) that's been bothering everyone online and bleeding the multiplayer side of this wonderful Mount and Blade franchise.

-Bows now aim with a big delay, which makes close combat archery nearly impossible. Thus giving archers no choice but to fight from walls or barricades like bots.
-Two handed weapons are got much slower to use, pushing people to use one handed and shields, again like bots.
-Khuzait was the weakest nation in siege mode already, they had only two good units. Khan's guard and lancer, which both got nerfed and more expensive. Lancer now has to choose between good armour and glaive, glaive is much slower than before, making it pretty shit against much stronger menavlion. As if this wasn't enough, their low tier infantry prices were increased as well.
-Empire was the strongest nation of all in siege. With their cheap and strong menavlion units, yet suprisingly all their menavlion units got buffed. Armour and speed increased for menavlion units, as if they weren't overpowered already.

My suggested solution to the mentioned issues:
-Decrease price of rabble unit in khuzait, give them a default sword instead of a stick.
-Give a 2 handed glaive to the khuzait spearman.
-Give better armour and horse for khuzait light cavalry, give lancers ability to get both armour and glaive without having to choose between them
-Rework the archery focus time. Decrease their damage maybe, but don't fuck their loading and aim time
-Nerf the empire menavlion units. Make menavlion slower and decrease it's damage
