Hello beautiful soul,
It's an easy thing, to be a light in the light...but it is much more difficult to be a light in the dark.

Many of the ascending ones on Earth at this time have incarnated into challenging timelines, and attracting the negative attentions of others can be a difficult part of the journey.
And while it pays not to give negative energy much of our attention, it can be quite relentless and draining to our physical, mental, emotional and etheric being.

A good deal of what we feel as psychic attack is not necessarily intentional, but the result of an individual or group simply having very focused, negative feelings toward us that we - as empathic beings - naturally feel very strongly.
But in a world of duality and extremes, we might also experience deliberate spiritual warfare - psychic attack, negative projection, interference from dark entities, dark curses, spells or intentions.

Just know, that as an ascending being of light, you will always be far more protected than targeted...and nothing you experience will ever outweigh your ability to overcome it.

You are safe, you are loved, and you are more powerful than you know...sometimes you just have to be mightily challenged in order to remember that.

I have been using the prayer featured in this video, for a very long time - far too long to remember it's origin - but it has always stayed with me because it works, and combined with light language and channeled angelic music, I hope it becomes a powerful tool of protection for you also...against any energies that do not want to see you thrive and shine, whatever form they take.

God above me, God below me
God before me, God behind me
God to the right of me, God to the left of me
God within me.

Please feel free to replace the word God, with something you feel more comfortable using, as long as it represents for you the most high Divine source.

It's best to listen with headphones in a quiet space, and listen with your heart, rather than your mind...and after you complete this one, I recommend that you go and do something busy and engaging, to change your energy and focus. I find this really helps with clearing.
Also, if you experience any sort of bodily reactions while listening, shudders, shakes, changes in temperature, a need to stretch certain areas, this is just your body working to heal itself and release blockages etc...it's quite a common reaction but doesn't always occur...we are all very unique in our healing processes.
