Due to this, coconut flesh is used to make various food products, including copra, coconut oil, and coconut milk. The coconut milk production process involves several stages with fruit pulp grinding reckoned among the main ones. Grinding allows achieving a homogeneous texture, which determines the yield of product during further extraction.
