Today I test out the brand new holiday brushes from Rephr! These are handmade in Japan and absolutely amazing quality! The recently came out with a Mini and Max Set. They have an already established what I like to call "regular" set. In today's video I test out the mini eye set in 1, 2, 13, 14, & 15! I own the regular so let's compare it to the mini!
