Coolsculpting is an excellent option for noninvasive fat reduction using cold technology to permanently freeze fat cells. The procedure takes 35 minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes. There is no recovery time outside of a little redness, tenderness and mild swelling temporarily. One can expect about 25% of the fat cells to dissolve after just one session. Some patients may require 2-3 sessions to achieve optimal results. The fat is removed from the body over 6-12 months gradually.
