LPU Full Admission process

Step 1 - Signup

Register with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender, and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and the password will be set by you while registering on the portal.
You will get mail on your registered email id regarding this.

STEP 2 - Apply for LPUNEST (Eligibility and Scholarship Test)

LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to programme you are interested in. Admission in this programme is done based on performance in LPUNEST. In addition, LPUNEST also acts as a Scholarship test and students can avail of huge scholarships based on performance in this test.

Deposit the test fee:
Cost of Application form and Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls).
Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1500 (for Boys) and ₹1000 (for Girls).

STEP 3 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear

Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the Online Remotely Proctored LPUNEST Exam.
Appear and qualify for the exam.

STEP 4 - Result and Seat Allotment (Online Counselling)

Get your scorecard/ rank.
Fill in the seat preference. The student can give preferences that can vary in-stream and program.
In the first round of counseling, depending upon the seat availability and preferences filled by the candidates, a particular preference number would be allotted.
Download the allotment letter and proceed with the admission step.


STEP 5 - Admission

Deposit initial payment of Rs. 20000. After the successful realization of the payment: A Unique Provisional Registration No. will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.


Upload the documents. Recent Photograph, Matriculation Marksheet Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. Also, if the applicant is claiming a scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to eligibility qualification he/ she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/ mark sheet also. In case the exam certificate/ mark sheet is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted later also. Address Proof


Apply for residential / mess / transportation / parking facility as per the requirement.
All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines.
Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university.
