Depending on your level of Invoke, this combo costs around 670-730 Mana.
With 7 Exort, 2 Quas, and 2 Wex, this combo will deal around 1350 Damage after reduction (Not including right clicks). If target stays in Meteor, it will deal more damage.

Fixed Invoker's Chaos Meteor to deal the proper number of damage instances at 1 and 2 Wex
Eul's Scepter of Divinity: Cyclone now deals 50 damage to enemy units when they land
