I tried to upload this with the HBO commentary in 60FPS, it was the entire main event, national anthems and all. It wasn't allowed up at all. So I did what I have done a few other times, added a different audio track over the top and got around through the backdoor. The sync between A/V is good during the SKY in-studio prefight segment but goes off by a full a second or so when they cut to the arena and stays that way up until at least referee instructions. From that point on everything is on point. Sky was cutting to commercial breaks during some of the between round breaks, thankfully this person who recorded the fight kept them in when he uploaded it, therefore I didn't have to cut the footage here, but that accounts for the sound changing a few times, sorry! This fight is NOT on YT in 60FPS anywhere, I am near positive of this. It took about three weeks for this to finally finish downloading.

The WBC Board of Governors unanimously voted in late August that this bout will be for the inaugural "WBC Diamond Belt".
Pacquiao dropped Cotto with a right hand early in the third round.
Cotto down again in round 4, this time from a big left hand as he was advancing forward.
The referee stops the fight with 2:05 left in round 12 as he is of the view Cotto is no longer fighting back while getting hit on the ropes.
With this win, Pacquiao wins a 7th title in a 7th weight class.
Cotto stated after the bout that he told his corner he wanted to quit after the end of round 11, but they told him to continue.
