Ingredients:
White Chocolate Truffles :

Red Velvet Cake:
1/4 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Powder Sugar

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Milk
2-3 Drops Red Food Color

Cream Cheese:
500 ml milk
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp oil
1 Tsp leftover water from curdled milk

Some White/Dark Chocolate

Truffles - 12 -15 as per above measurements
