I am a trauma informed coach, embodied processing practitioner & clinical hypnotist.
At Holistic Healing Association I use somatic psychotherapy (embodied processing), animal assisted therapy, hypnosis & emotional Our focus is on somatic psychotherapy. Somatic sessions combine modern neuroscience with somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, internal family systems therapy and attachment theory. Somatic sessions help you exit from trauma loops, release stuck emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self. They restore balance and wholeness. Somatic sessions are rooted in the wisdom of leading pioneers of trauma healing, including Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Deb Dana and Pat Ogden.

We understand when a person is in pain it can affect all aspects of a person’s life. It can impact marriages and the family unit as a whole.

Our vision is to walk with you on your healing journey. To give you support and understanding. To create a safe place for you as you process your emotions. At Holistic Healing Association it is important that everyone can get help that they need, we offer a sliding scale.

We believe true healing includes mind, body and soul.
