I bought a faulty Nintendo Wii Remote (Wiimote) off eBay that doesn't power on, Can I Fix It?

In this video, I've bought something else faulty off eBay and I'm going to try my best to fix it.

This one is a Nintendo Wii Remote that has battery corrosion and doesn't power on. Will I be able to fix it, or will there be anything else wrong with it?!
