In this episode, I wanted to discuss the ways I prepare my skin and mental state, for an event.

Any large event - whether its a birthday party, summer bbq, wedding or prom, may require you to dress up in attire which is less casual and more formal. With this being said, some outfits may showcase areas of the skin you usually pick and could feel fearful of showing.

I know this feeling well, but overtime I’ve created a skincare ritual leading up to the event, during, as well afterwards, to help me feel a bit more confident and comfortable within my skin.

Please note everyone is different - different skin types, areas of focus, triggers and processes to positively manage them. This is my skincare process, and I've used my recent occasion as a wedding guest, as the example here - hopefully it may be of use to you.
