[Net Yaroze] Terra Incognita Speedrun 100%

Terra Incognita, the best of the Net Yaroze titles that were shared on the PlayStation Official Magazine demo disks back in the days of the PS1.

A 100% playthrough of this involves getting all of the Heart Vessels, the 3 Potions, and of course returning with the Golden Pedestal.

Box throwing is an art form, doing it accurately is beautiful.
Blue slimes are assholes who don't want you to get a good run.
The dragon was absolutely awful in this run, could shave off a good 20 seconds if you don't get a bad dragon.
More time can be saved by not falling off of the platform after the metal crate.
I accidentally used a faster method to get the 9th Heart Vessel in this video, don't expect to see that again!

Can get a lot closer to 9 minutes with a few optimisations and no mistakes here, perhaps someone would be nice enough to try?
