Why I REGRET Buying A New Build House | Pros and Cons

In today's video, I run through the pros and cons of buying a new build home in the UK, something I wish in hindsight I never purchased for just under £200,000 a few years back. New builds are often sold as the perfect home and dream, especially for first-time buyers, but having bought and sold properties for the past 10 years, buying my last new build is definitely one of my regrets when it comes to purchasing houses in the UK. Today's video will therefore show some of the cons I noticed on my own personal residence, but I won't be completely biased and will list some pros as well as cons for new builds too, as we are all unique with our wants and wishes.
