A Whiskey Highball is simply a whiskey & soda. Japanese whiskey is preferred due to it’s delicate flavour profile. Their whiskies are ‘Scotch-style’ in respect to their production methods and style of whiskey.

INGREDIENTS
30mL Japanese Whiskey
Soda

HOW TO
1. Fill your highball glass with ice
2. Add your Japanese whiskey and soda (seltzer) water
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel
