The sad thing is most people are in the HABIT of being anxious and thinking about what they do not want to have happen. And sometimes that takes a little bit of structure and help as well as as many tools and techniques as you can get your hands on to quite literally CRUSH anxiety from multiple angles and approaches.

Just remember, this is only one technique I teach and practice. I like tools. Particularly ones that make my life awesome.
