We love this song!! Could You Be Loved by Bob Marley & The Wailers is just an awesome happy, upbeat, positive reggae song with so much groove. We really love the offbeat muted guitar hook with the infectious bass groove and drums rolling along. Combined with a great vocals melody and backing parts we're all happy here!!

Could You Be Loved is a 1980 song by Jamaican reggae band Bob Marley and the Wailers. It was released as the first single from their twelfth and last album, Uprising (1980), and is also included on their greatest-hits album Legend (1984). It was written in 1979 on an aeroplane while The Wailers were experimenting on guitar. In the middle of the song, background singers quote a verse from Bob Marley's first single 'Judge Not': 'The road of life is rocky; And you may stumble too. So while you point your fingers, someone else is judging you'.

Rumpus Machine is a sibling rock band playing live classic rock music and original songs! We are brothers and sisters from Auckland in New Zealand. We like to learn and perform new songs together and play modern music and classic rock songs. We also write our own original songs too and publish to Spotify & Apple Music etc. We like to play live if we can - but also enjoying sharing our music online. We like to learn the new songs and polish them up as much as we can before we decide they’re ready to video and share. It’s gives us something to aim for and it’s also good to have for the future.
