But first, we took a huge roadtrip from Los Angeles, California through the Redwood Forests, made a week stop in Portland before venturing through Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and FINALLY Indiana! We're staying with Carlos' family for a month before we make the trek to Fukuoka!! Follow along as we make our way to move to Japan!

WHO ARE YOU?:
I'm Alissa! Originally from Texas, I live in Los Angeles and produce for documentaries such as Chef's Table, Cheer, and The Big Brunch. Though I try to stick with food shows 🤤 While on our honeymoon I finally decided to break the 4th wall and start filming myself and my travels. It's been quite an adjustment being in front of the camera but I've learned so much and can't wait to share more.
Some facts:
I love food and will spend any amount on it
My favorite thing to do to chill is journaling
I'm a huge fan of Snoopy and the Peanuts comics (and comics in general)
