NPC Advantages: no requirements. gardevoir (life dew) can help a lot, but isn't needed due to high spdef stat and amnesia reducing damage taken, and roost healing. sylveon (moonblast), arboliva (seed sower), and bellibolt (light screen) help as well.

Strategy: 2x amnesia, stored power until primarina resets her stats. amnesia. wait for primarina to use encore. 3x amnesia, 3x nasty plot, charge tera orb with stored power, terastalize, optional attack cheer (optionally renewed every few turns while cheers remain), stored power to victory.

Pros: supereffective tera type, decent HP stat, excellent spatk and spdef stats, outspeeds primarina, no weaknesses, resists psychic when terastalized, insomnia ability prevents primarina from inducing sleep on noctowl. clear amulet prevents spatk debuffs (normally 30% chance) from moonblast, stored power has a base power of 260 after 6 calm minds, 100 accuracy and deals STAB damage when terastalized. amnesia buffs spdef quickly (and renders encore non-harmful since using 3 amnesias after the statwipe is desirable regardless). nasty plot buffs spatk quickly.

Cons: tera type mismatches base type and isn't supereffective
