We are finally making the most famous recipe on Disneyland Main Street USA, Walt's Chili Recipe. Walt's Chili bowl is served at the Disneyland Carnation Cafe and is simply delicious!

Here is Walt's Chili Recipe:

Start by cooking 1 Pound or 16oz of Ground Beef.

While browning the meat add
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Full White Onion (Diced)
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 Cup of Celery

Spices for Walt's Chili:
1 Tsp of Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp of Paprika
1/2 Tsp of Dry Mustard
Salt
1 Chili Pepper
Pinch of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Ground Cumin
Pinch of Fennel Seeds
Pinch of Ground Cloves
Pinch of Coriander Seeds
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Turmeric

Add:

1/2 Can of Whole Tomatoes
1 Pound or 16oz of Pinto Beans
