Lángos is probably the best street food you can get in Hungary! Everyone knows about Gulyás and Chicken Paprikás, but if you want something that symbolizes the summer vibe and tastes amazing then you need to try Lángos! It is one of my favorite street foods, and its actually quite simple to make!

In markets and on festivals you may find versions that has sausage, nutella or other kinds of stuff on top, but those abominations are to be avoided! Go Simple and enjoy the original way with Garlic, Sour Cream and Cheese!

Here are the ingredients you'll need:
Bread Flour - 450g
Milk - 150ml
Water - 250ml
Yeast - 40g
Salt - 1,5 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1,5 tsp
5 cloves garlic
Water, oil and pinch of salt
