WHY ARE THE POLICE at my HOUSE?

The police are at my house to arrest someone but its not me. Stephen Sharer is at his los angeles home when the police officers arrive in a cop car to his house and they are looking for some suspicious activity. Then all the sudden after searching and playing a hide and seek game at Steven Sher house an undercover cop appears out of no where. It appears that this undercover police officer was hiding underground from real police or hiding in disguise but its really ‪@EllenMysteryNeighbor‬ fbi agent top secret spy trying to deliver a message to Stephen sharer without getting caught but then the Police arrest Ellen and throw her in the back of the cop car and take her to jail!
