Mau Rākau Tutorial - Poua Whetu 🌟

Kia ora koutou,

A slightly different video for our YouTube page. This is a tutorial of Poua Whetu or striking of the star 🌟 which is a pattern that is used to help mesmerise strikes. As I strike, I always return back to Poutama however feel free to use what ever āhai is best for you.

Just remember e te whānau I don’t claim myself to be an expert just someone who has a passion for mau rākau and the principles it can teach us. Also you’ll need a bit of space for this video e te whānau.

Once you feel confident with the tutorial you can move on to the Poua Whetu workout video. This will be uploaded in the next couple of days 👍🏾
