Self Care, Shopping, BTS filming, and Being Still: Episode 1

In a recent series of posts, I shared some candid moments from my day-to-day life. Despite my dislike for the process, I explained how keeping my nails clean and fresh is a small act of self-care that I do for myself. I also shared my experience of having to find a new nail tech due to last-minute scheduling issues and reflected on how I’ve grown from being overly critical of my appearance to embracing a more relaxed approach.

During a spontaneous visit to Bath & Body Works, I couldn’t resist their candle sale, thanks to gift cards from friends and family who know me well. I vented a bit about the frustration of inattentive service at stores and shared a funny moment of trying to do my makeup in the car on a hot day.

Sundays are my reset days, and I enjoyed quality time with my daughter, even though our plans to attend church didn’t pan out. I took a moment to reflect on the importance of patience and letting the universe work its magic. My day ended on a high note with a delicious meal, some laundry, and watching "The Rugrats Movie" – a nostalgic classic that brought back childhood memories.
