Tools used

-Drill
-Dremel
-Oscillating tool(hand saw or other saws can be used too if you don't have an oscillating tool). If you take your time, any tool can get the job done neatly. And if it's all jagged afterwards don't worry, a file/sandpaper/dremel tool can be used to smooth it out.
