Vendor of IOCL Gujarat Refinery Township 'Jyoti Medical & General Stores' charging more than MRP for Amul Milk in case of Online Payment. 
Last 15s of the video, he agrees that he is charging more than the MRP for all the milk products.

During our offline conversation, he also states that he is ready to sign the document where its written that he is charging more than MRP, as no higher management in IOCL Gujarat is bothered or capable of taking any action against him. 

Although, other General Stores in the same shopping complex are accepting online payments at MRP, for all the milk products.

Requesting the concerned department in IOCL Gujarat Refinery to take strict against such vendors who are flouting government and Township rules.
