Suman Special | Suman with filling | 3 yummy filling

Suman is a rice cake originating in the Philippines. It is made from glutinous rice (sticky rice) cooked in coconut milk, often wrapped in banana leaves for steaming. It is usually eaten sprinkled with sugar or laden with latik. I make an extra special suman with filling but still comes out very good and tasty. Hope you enjoy and love it!

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup glutinous rice ( sticky rice)
2 can coconut milk ( 3 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt

For the ube halaya filling:
1 1/2 cup grated purple yam
1 big can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar

For the custard filling:
1 can condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolk
2 tsp. cornstarch ( 1tbsp water)

For the chocolate filling
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup butter
