You will need a hot air gun (heat gun) -
Hair dryer wil not get hot enough. It's designed to dry your hair not melt solder.
Pliers or Tweezers - Perform this upside down and allow the port to fall downward. Use KAPTON TAPE to protect the smaller chips.
New PS4 HDMI port
T8 Security bit - To remove case
Small phillip screwdriver..


The PS4 has a very fragile HDMI port. When moving the system, try to unplug your HDMI cable from the T.V rather than the system when moving around the house. Unplug it from the system if you travel with it. #TakeTheAdvice #MikesPS3repair.com

sorry i haven't been around nor updated the video but I've listed the changes. Just follow the steps and read what I have written.
Good luck and don't ever pull on the port.. let it fall out with a little wiggle from small tool as it loosens.
