Russia’s Moscow Military District held intensive combat training for UAV operators at the Sergeitsevo range. The exercises featured the Molniya-2 "mothership" drone, which is now being equipped with Starlink terminals to reach targets up to 230km deep. Servicemen practiced striking armored vehicles and reinforced shelters using these low-cost plywood drones. With over 80,000 troops now in Russia’s new Unmanned Systems Forces, these specialized units are centralizing drone warfare to bypass electronic jamming across the frontline.
