Are Your Polyurethane Bushings Creaking? Check out Energy Suspension Formula 5 Prelube

I have Ground Force Lowering Shackles on my 2004 F-150 and for the past 8 years they have been squeaking when the suspension loads/unloads.

I forgot that they have Polyurethane bushings and that was the source of the noise once I had someone to help bounce on the truck while i searched underneath.

I pulled the shackles off my truck, cleaned the metal sleeve, and re-greased the inside of the Polyurethane bushings. No more noise!

My Hellwig rear sway bar also was squeaking, so I pulled of the bushings, greased them, and the truck is dead quiet over bumps.

From my research, the Energy Suspension Formula 5 Prelube was one of the highly regarded greases for poly bushings. To date, I've been very satisfied over the past few months.
