Ingredients:-
Water- 225ml, 0.95 cups, 7.5 oz
Bread flour- 325g, 2½ cups, 11.5 oz
Salt - 4g, 1 tsp
Instant dry yeast-1.5 tsp, 4.5 g
Olive oil- 20 ml, 0.7 oz
Garlic cloves
Parsley

Methods:-
• In a bowl, mix 225 ml water with 1½ tsp instant yeast. Set aside.
• Sift 325g bread flour, add 4g salt, and mix.
• Pour in the yeast mixture and stir to form a rough dough.
• Drizzle in 20 ml olive oil while mixing.
• If dough feels too dry or wet, adjust with a little more water or flour.
Cover and rest for 45 minutes.
• Wet hands, do the first stretch and fold in the bowl.
• Repeat the second stretch and fold.
• Lightly flour the surface, divide dough into portions.
• Place a cube of cheese inside each and roll into balls.
• Arrange on a tray, cover, and proof for 45 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 180°C.Brush rolls with egg wash. Bake for 20 minutes.
• Mix grated garlic, chopped parsley, and olive oil for topping.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella or any cheese.
• Brush rolls with garlic oil, add cheese, and bake again for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

• Instead of plain garlic oil, make a quick garlic herb butter with softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and a pinch of chili flakes.

• Try combining mozzarella (for stretch) with something like cheddar or provolone for a deeper, more savoury flavour.
• Try infused olive oil for brushing. Use rosemary, garlic, or chili-infused olive oil instead of plain. It adds a subtle depth of flavour with every bite.
