کربل دیاں تتیاں ریتاں تے گھر بار لوٹایا سیدؓ نے
Upon the hot sand of Karbala, Syed (Hussain) sacrificed his entire household.

نیزے نئ نوک تے چڑ کے وی قرآن سنایا سیدؓ نے
Even facing the end of a spear, Syed (Hussain) recited the Holy Quran.

کئی لاکھ دیاں فوجاں اک پاسے اک پاسے لال بتولؓ دا اے
A force of many hundreds of thousands on one side and the beloved of Fathima on the other side.

سر دے کے سجدے وچ اپنڑا ہر قول نبھایا سیدؓ نے
By offering his head in prostration, Syed (Hussain) made all the Prophecies come true.

شبیرؓ نے آکھیا غازیؓ نوں میری قمر نوں آنڑ سہارا دے
Shabbir (Hussain) said to Ghazi (Abbas), come give support to my back.

ہم شکل محمد عربیﷺ دا جدوں لاشا چایا سیدؓ نے
When he, Syed (Hussain) carried the body of his beloved Son Ali Akbar.

تیری پیاس سکینہ افضل اے کہہ غازیؓ چلیا پانی نوں
Your thirst oh Sakina is indeed blessed. Ghazi is on the way to get the water.

اسلام نئ آن ودھاونڑ لئی بازو کٹوایا سیدؓ نے
Islam was saved as a result of Syed (Hussain) sacrificing his arm.

اوقات نہیں ہے عنصر دی لکھے شان علی دے بچیاںؓ دی
Ansar is indeed not worthy, to write the status of the children of Ali.

بس سگ ہاں پنجتن دے در دا جو کج لکھیا سیدؓ نے
I am a dog of the house of the blessed five.Whatever blessing I have is from Syed (Hussain)
