1 chicken breast or 180g
bell pepper 200g
1 medium yellow onion or 50g
1 clove of garlic
2 medium wheat tortillas
bunch cilantro
1/2 lime
5g oil
for the sauce:
1/2 avocado
40g fat-free cream cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1/2 lime
For the seasoning:
1/4 tsp each paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper

Directions:
Cut chicken breast into strips. combine seasoning in a bowl. Spray some oil on top of the chicken, sprinkle the seasoning on top and combine the entire chicken with the seasoning.

Chop up bell peppers, onion, and peel the garlic. Add into a bowl avocado, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice and mix until creamy.

Start by adding oil into a pan on medium heat and add in the peppers and the onion. Fry them for 4-5 minutes under occasional stirring.

Push the vegetables to the side and add in the chicken. Spread the meat so everything gets in contact with the pan for maximum browning. After 2 minutes stir everything with a spatula so the seasoning can spread to the vegetables. Fry the other side of the chicken for another 1-2 minutes.

Add in minced garlic and keep stirring for 20 seconds. Then remove it from the heat and squeeze in the juice of half a lime and add chopped cilantro. Stir everything.

Heat up the tortillas in a pan on medium-high heat for 30 seconds on each side. Done!
