Recipe
Ingredients
For dough
All-purpose flour 650 gm
Oil 35 gm
Milk 60 gm
Yeast 30 gm
Eka Powder 5 gm
Water 250 gm
Salt 8 gm
Icing Sugar 40 gm

For Chicken Tikka
Boneless Chicken 400 gm
Cooking Oil 3-4 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt As per taste
Tikka Masala Powder 1 tsp
Red Pepper Powder 1 tsp
All Spices Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilies ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder ½ tsp
Red Chili Sauce 4 tsp

For Fajita
Boneless Chicken 400 gm
Cooking Oil 4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tsp
Salt As per taste
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Soya Sauce 5 tsp


Method
For dough
Take milk in a bowl. Add cooking oil, icing sugar, salt, Eka powder, yeast and cold water and mix it well. Now make dough of the all-purpose flour with this mixture. Now slightly grease it with oil and leave it for proofing.

Chicken Tikka Pizza:
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with Tikka masala, red pepper powder, crushed red chili, salt, all spices powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin powder, red chili sauce, green chili paste and ginger garlic paste. Leave it for 5 minutes. Then take a pan and heat oil in it. Now cook marinated chicken in it.

Chicken Fajita Pizza:
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with black pepper powder, salt, all spices powder, coriander seeds powder, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Leave it for 5 minutes. Then take a pan and heat oil in it. Now cook marinated chicken in it.
Roll the proofed dough making pizza. Now make the base of dough in the pizza pan and set its edges. Apply pizza sauce on the dough. Now place mozzarella and cheddar cheese as the layer. Now give layer of the chicken tikka on one pizza dough and chicken fajita on another pizza dough. Place layer of onion, capsicum and tomato on it. Now again fill it with the layer of cheeses. At the end give topping of black olives and mushroom on it. Now bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 170°C to 180°C in electric oven and 190°C to 200°C in gas oven.
