Angry Nepalese woman chases British family on Annapurna Circuit - Daily Mail

Gemma Wilson, 35, and 15-year-old stepson Charlie were trekking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal when a simple remark about the price of a cup of tea led to them being chased and beaten. Terrifying footage shows a local tea shop owner pursuing the pair down a narrow mountain path before Gemma falls down. While trying to climb back up the pursuing woman picks up and hurls a large rock at her (left), before threatening to hit her with a wooden club (centre). Gemma can be heard pleading with the woman who is shouting insults back in very broken English (right). Eventually another Nepalese man arrives and the woman relents, allowing Gemma and her son to leave.
