01 नवंबर 2025 को मीरजापुर पुलिस ने “नये आपराधिक कानूनों के प्रति जागरूकता अभियान 2.0” के तहत गंगा नदी में नाव पर बैठकर आमजन को जागरूक किया। अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक मनीष कुमार मिश्रा ने उप जिलाधिकारी चुनार व क्षेत्राधिकारी चुनार के साथ पत्रकारों, अधिवक्ताओं, नाविकों और दर्शनार्थियों को नए कानूनों की जानकारी दी। 01 जुलाई 2024 से लागू भारतीय न्याय संहिता, साक्ष्य अधिनियम और नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता की विशेषताओं जैसे शून्य एफआईआर, ई-एफआईआर, समयबद्ध न्याय, महिला-बाल संरक्षण और फोरेंसिक तकनीक पर चर्चा हुई। लोगों से अपील की गई कि वे इस जानकारी को समाज में फैलाएं।

On November 1, 2025, Mirzapur Police conducted a public awareness drive on a boat in the Ganga River as part of the “Criminal Law Awareness Campaign 2.0.” Additional Superintendent of Police Manish Kumar Mishra, along with the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Circle Officer of Chunar, informed journalists, lawyers, boatmen, and visitors about the new laws. Effective from July 1, 2024, the Indian Justice Code, Indian Evidence Act, and Indian Civil Protection Code were discussed in detail. Key features like Zero FIR, E-FIR, time-bound justice, protection of women and children, and forensic technology were highlighted. Citizens were urged to spread this knowledge widely.
