AUGUSTA, Ky. (WKRC) - A watch party was held on Friday night in Augusta for one of the city's favorite sons.

People gathered at the Augusta Pub for the newest episode of "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman."

That guest was, of course, George Clooney.

His hometown plays a prominent role in the episode. Letterman even made a trip there for the show, where he visited with George's parents: Nick and Nina.

They talked about the refugee from Iraq who they took in.

George also talked about his humanitarian work, his twins, and the first time he met his wife, Amal.
